Nautilus is situated just a seagull's squeal away from Grotto Beach, offering guests a light, bright, and white beach house ambiance with an all-hands-on-deck feel.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms each furnished with a queen-size bed. The main bedroom is located upstairs and boasts beautiful views of the sea and mountains from its private balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are annex suites, with access to the patio overlooking the swimming pool. The en-suite bathrooms are modern and fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
Guests enter an expansive open-concept living area that features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an induction hob and an electric oven, a microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Additionally, there is also an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the garage. The adjacent dining area has a 6-seater table with chairs and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with access to DStv channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Upstairs there is a designated desk available for those who need to get some work done. This house is fully solar-powered with an inverter battery backup system for power outages.
Outdoors, guests have plenty of entertainment space and a private courtyard with a heated pool. Guests can enjoy the outdoor gas and wood-fired braai, enjoy al fresco dining, or soak in the heated pool. Secure parking for 2 cars is available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system.
