Neethlings Place is a large modern double-storey self-catering house beautifully situated in Clarens, overlooking the mountain. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of various shops and restaurants.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first, second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and/or a bath. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and the fifth bedroom 2 single beds that can be converted into a queen on request. These 2 rooms share a full bathroom and extra toilet with a basin.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped to meet all your self-catering needs and includes a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a large 8-seater dining table and chairs. The cosy lounge area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV with DStv. The living area also boasts a built-in bar with stools.
The living area opens out to a large balcony with an outdoor dining table and chairs, braai facilities, and stunning sweeping views.
