Lagoon Beach Penthouse is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment ideally situated in a secure oceanfront complex in the heart of Lagoon Beach, It could be a great option for passionate kite-surfers as it is located right next to Bloubergstrand and offers direct beach access.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the third bathroom which has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach and swimming towels.
The bright and airy open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining space where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This lounge opens onto a lovely enclosed balcony with comfortable seating, a hanging chair, a dining table as well as a cosy fireplace which is a great spot for a sundowner while overlooking the ocean. Guests have full access to a communal swimming pool which has lovely views of the ocean and the iconic Table Mountain. The complex also offers secure parking on the property. The location of this complex is only a short distance away from grocery stores, restaurants, bars, the lagoon, and a few minute's drive from Cape Town City Centre and the V&A Waterfront.
