Description
Newlands Homestay offers double and twin-bedded accommodation, having two well-appointed and comfortably furnished en-suite rooms. Both units have private entrances, accessed from a tranquil and secluded garden. Guests will enjoy the homely and peaceful environment.
The Pool Room and the Annexe accommodates 2 persons in each unit. The Pool Room is furnished with an extra-length king-size bed, whilst the Annexe has 2 extra-length single beds. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
Each unit has a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, and kettle. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided daily. Crockery and cutlery are available on request. A Smart TV with Netflix is available in each unit. For those wanting to get some work done, free fibre optic Wi-Fi and a work desk are also available. There is an outdoor table and chairs outside each unit.
Each unit has direct access to the shared swimming pool. Guests are afforded secure off-street parking, and the property is protected by electric fencing.
The property has solar powered electricity and is not affected by load shedding.
Newlands Homestay is located close to shops and restaurants, including those in Newlands Village and Cavendish Square. It is within easy walking distance of the Vineyard Hotel.
