Smoking is not allowed in the unit; only on the outside.
Guests are asked to use water wisely, as Malmesbury is in a water-restricted area.
Any damage, extra cleaning, and/or losses to the apartment, will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
Parking is available behind the gate, but guests will have to move their vehicle when the garden is tended to.
