Nivica 25 is a modern self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Oliphantskop, Langebaan. The first-floor apartment, situated just across from the sparkling communal swimming pool, can accommodate up to 5 guests.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and built-in cupboards, and it offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
