Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A R500 damage deposit is required in cash on arrival. The amount will be refunded upon departure and after an inspection of the unit.
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.
In order to safe guard our guests against Covid-19 transmission, the unit is sanitised prior to each guests arrival. This service is charged at R350 per stay.
Guests need to bring their own decoder and smart card. Please note the DStv dishes are not compatible with Explora decoders.
The unit is cleaned twice a week for long stays.
Should guests wish to have the dishes cleaned, beds made or the unit cleaned more regular, this can be arranged at an extra cost.
Well-behaved and friendly, small pets are welcome, but owners need to ensure that their pets do not disturb other guests and that they bring all that is needed for the pets. Guests are also asked to clean up after their pets.
Any breakages will be charged separately.
