Overpaid with no basin, running water and never informed. Parking is a massive issue. They cannot take an SUV because the parkings are very narrow. There is no running water in the basins in the bathrooms. Sliding door was a struggle to open and no reply from Zest Holidays regarding the sliding door issue. Were told towels would be provided. 5 guests but 4 towels provided.

Nice. Short bigger TV. Had to pay additional R500 cleaning or agent fee because the unit is operated by Zest Holidays. I didn't know about this and it was an extra unplanned expense.
