Unwind, relax and make fire! If you want to escape from your busy life and just want to switch off, No. 24 is highly recommended. The place has everything you need and it's cosy. I enjoyed the fact that there's no TV. You can just communicate and "connect" with your loved ones. I had a run-in with a baboon that added some excitement in a chilled and tranquil space. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who even thinks of needing a break. We will be back for sure.

Delicious barbecue and the beach walks with the dogs were a highlight! The cottage is well appointed - the kitchen could do with a few extra items, such as a new kettle, a potato peeler and new salt and pepper shakers.

Okay with all the necessary kitchen stuff. Overall it was clean and comfortable. But had issues with hot water for shower and lights. Hot water was resolved the next morning. No lights in bathrooms and rechargeable lamps for it weren't working. The backyard was enclosed; however, my Jack Russell escaped over the wall by the seating area. No outside lights at the front or back doors, so just keep this in mind if you go out for an evening dining out. Also, keep in mind there is no TV and the WiFi there is very slow if you bring your own device.

Peaceful, well planned and equipped house with interesting detail and art. We had a great time. The house is close to the beach - just walk down the road. It is very neat and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and there is beautiful crockery and cutlery. We will definitely visit again!

Great eco friendly house. We booked a weekend stay at No. 24 to celebrate our daughter's 1st birthday. Lucille was super friendly and helpful in assisting us with whatever we needed. The house is suitable for a family of 4 with enough space for kids to play. Watch out for baboons though, advisable to keep doors locked and closed during the day. My only complaint was the terrible draft on windy evenings that blows through the 2 rooms. Not great if you have a young baby, but other than that, we had a lovely stay and will be back.
