No2 Merlot is a beautiful solar-powered self-catering holiday villa tucked away against the Silvermine Mountains in the secure Stonehaven Eco Estate in Fish Hoek, Cape Town and is ideal for guests wanting to explore the various attractions around Cape Town.
This triple-storey property can accommodate up to 9 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes a seating area with a fireplace that opens up onto a private balcony with outdoor seating. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms each contain a double bed and 1 bedroom has an extra single bed. Both bath and shower facilities are available in the house as well as bath towels and soaps.
The second level of the home features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 lounge areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer are available. Leading from the kitchen area is a dining table and a lounge with a fireplace. The second lounge area includes a TV with Netflix. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
The estate features scenic hiking trails up to lovely picnic spots with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The location of No2 Merlot is just a short drive away from well-known restaurants in Kalk Bay, Simons Town and Noordhoek and the famous Chapmans Peak Drive.
