Blissful, comfortable and very beautiful! My husband and I decided to push the year a little further than Grunau, where we usually stay overnight, so that we could be closer to the border. I wasn't entirely optimistic, but the photos looked good and it was only for one night. Well, when we arrived, the staff were ready and eager to welcome us; they immediately made a freezer for our meat and helped us enthusiastically. In South Africa, this is not the type of welcome you ever get, so the Namibian hospitality was refreshing. When we were taken to our Chalet, I was pleasantly surprised to walk into a wonderfully cool, very nice clean place that was so nicely decorated and modernized; I was amazed.
