Goeie ligging en vriendelike diens. Oakhurst Hotel is goed geleë naby 'n verskeidenheid restaurante. Hulle bied ook 'n heerlike ontbyt en die diens is puik.

Nie te sleg nie maar vir die prys per aand sal ek eerder iets anders soek. Kamers was netjies en skoon maar hierdie is definitief nie meer as 3-ster akkommodasie nie. Kamers is maar klein en beknop en het geen bad nie. Vir oorslaap eenaand sal ek dalk aanbeveel maar nie vir lang vakansies nie.

Never book this place. My clients were booked for 6 nights and after 1 night checked out. It was New Year's and it was terrible.

Value for money, just need some upgrades here and there. But definitley not a 4 star. Value for money - Yes. Staff - 50% is friendly and the other 50% are only friendly to certain people. Facilities - Pool does not look like the pictures. Creepy crawly was in the pool all the time and when we took it out as the pool was too small for the 3 kids and the creepy crawly, the manager sent a message to say that we should not remove it as if it breaks we are going to pay, so why did they not remove it themselves as it was hot and lots of guests wanted to make use of the pool or put a sign to say when the pool will be cleaned. That was a total put-off. Room 205 which has a bath had to bath in cold water as there was loadshedding. When we arrived we saw that the rooms did not have a fridge, on the welcome note it said that we can request one if needed, when we asked reception they said we had to book it. Then we called for it and the agent was highly irritated with us calling them. Loadshedding lights were only provided to certain clients on arrival and we had to ask for ours at 10 pm the evening when the lights went off. Room 110's lights did not work and were told to use the bedlamps. The room has a strange smell of mould and when I mentioned it, they said it's the roof? Like, if you are a 4-star hotel, there must be something you can do so that your guests don't get irritated by this smell, as it's bad. I must say the aircon in the rooms is excellent. Bedding is nice and white and nice clean white towels are provided every day.
