Comfortably furnished for 6 people, Ocean Breeze No. 3 is located in on Lucien Beach in Manaba, Margate walking distance from the beach.
The ground floor unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one has a bath and one has a shower. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a dunk bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave as well as a stove and an oven. Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a flat screen TV and a DStv connection. Guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card. The living area opens onto a patio with a built-in braai and has a partial, but beautiful sea view.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and parking is available in the lockable garage with a separate space for parking a trailer. The complex has an electric fence and remote controlled gates. The unit has its own alarm system.

Ocean Breeze No. 3 is also situated within a short walk of various restaurants and shops. Beach activities include surfing, body boarding, as well as paddle skiing, and guests can also visit the boardwalk.
