No power, no running water from 10 to 7:30. Apart from the green swimming pool and the man who just walked into the premises uninvited, it was very nice until the power went out at 10 o'clock and didn't come back on until the hostess turned it back on at 7:30. Hello Ron, Thank you for your feedback, review and rating. We apologize that your experience at our property did not meet your expectations. Our normal pool service failed us and the person who came to the property was there to look after the pool. Also, as advertised, we are completely off grid and we were remiss to mention that heavy power elements would not be used after 6pm. Unfortunately someone from your group left the pool at night and that's why your resources were exhausted by 10pm. We confirmed this when we came to investigate and when we restored power we found the pump still on. For these reasons we feel that your rating is unfair, but we still wish you and your firm the best in the future and hope to see you back at our property soon where we can prayerfully allay any of your reported concerns and provide you with a can offer wonderful accommodation.
