Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The breakage deposit is refundable 7 days after departure if everything is in order at the unit.

If guests wish to check in later, they need to make arrangements in advance.

Extra fees will be charged in the following cases:
- If guests smoke in the unit
- If the dishes are not washed before departure
- If guests do not lock the unit
- If guests do not return the keys upon departure
- If guests arrive after the check-in time
- If more guests than originally booked stay in the unit
- If there are any marks or stains on the furniture or carpets
- If there are pets in the unit without permission
- If there are any breakages or missing items
- If guests make excessive noise or disturb the neighbours
- If guests mix the contents of different units, e.g. cutlery, crockery etc.

Cancellation Policy

More than 1 month before check-in	50%deposit refunded
More than 2 weeks before check-in	25%deposit refunded
Less than 2 weeks before check-in	0%deposit refunded
