Ocean Pearl is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of Britannia Bay. This is an ideal option for a family getaway on the West Coast as this property is a short 1 km away from the beach.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 adults and 4 children at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms, a loft space and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and makes use of the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower. The loft space contains a child-only double sleeper couch and a child-only bunk bed.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. A washing machine is also available. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Outside there is a lovely patio with seating and braai facilities which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening. The location of this property is within close proximity to numerous shops and restaurants.
