I hope that you are well. I have investigated your review and I cannot seem to find any correspondence from yourself to us, we were not aware that the invertor was not working during your stay. Please be advised that there is 1 rechargeable light and it is standing next to the TV set, I have taken it up with management to add an additional rechargeable lamp especially as this is a 2 bedroom apartment, with regards to the gas plate, this is is something like the invertors we are pushing for our owners to consider but like everything it does take time.

I do apologise that your stay was not as perfect as you would have liked and please do let me know if you did report the invertor not functioning properly the entire purpose of it was to function for guests during loadshedding, I have asked maintenance to look at it and ensure it does not happen for our next guests.

Hi Mariana, baie dankie vir jou gewaardeerde terugvoering. Ons is jammer dat die inboek bietjie lank vat en daarom stuur ons alle nodige informasie met die bevestiging epos en vra dat die goedjies gedoen word voor aankoms om seker te maak die inboek proses is nie so lank nie. Ons tel wel op dat baie mense nie die informasie lees nie en natuurlik opeindig om met aankoms 'n langdradige proses moet deurgaan wat dan nadelig op ons resensies is. Ons vra hartlik om verskoning en hoop regtig ons kan mense aanmoedig om tog maar hul dokumente te lees sodat ons die 'n meer aangename aankoms en verblyf kan maak vir almal. Groete, CTHA.
