The location was perfect. The security is not great. The stairwells and passages going into the building were grubby. I was disappointed that we only had 1 LED lamp for loadshedding. We arrived and did not have a dishtowel or sponge or a little dishwashing liquid before they arrived to clean - a day later. I did not feel safe. No security gate on front door. No soap at all in the bathrooms. A 4-star plaque is on the wall. This place was definitely not 4 stars! The cleaning company, Ruby, was amazing. They cleaned beautifully and were so helpful. Good location for beach and shops. There was no WiFi available which I did expect for the price we paid.

Absolutely disappointing, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not value for money at all, a lot of things in the house don't work - wall plugs, lights, toilet, aircons to name a few. After taking several opportunities to make sure everything was in working order, a bunch of stuff still didn't work. Some of the doors couldn't lock, aircons don't work, wall plugs don't work, some of the lights don't work, grill is very dirty and the cleaners mentioned that they are not allowed to clean the grills because it takes too much time and soap? There was no toilet paper or washing-up soap, the washing machine's door was broken etc. I would not make any recommendation for this place, the only advice from me would be to stay away from here. Nice location however the place has several issues. Our stay was for 5 days. Not a bad place however you can see that the place is getting a bit rundown. Also during our stay, there were constant issues regarding power (not load-shedding related) and water. We were without water for two days due to a leak in the complex and we were constantly having power outages - the longest being a day and a half, so at some stage were had no water or power. The air-con in the small room didn't work at all and in the other room, the air-con was leaking. The lock on the front door randomly doesn't work from the inside which means you could literally get locked inside the apartment.
