The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet with bidet and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.
Downstairs comprises 3 bedrooms of which the each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed which can be converted to twin beds upon request. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath and toilet while the remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath toilet with bidet and 2 basins. 4 of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. All the bedrooms features flat-screen TVs.
Upstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining room and sun room. The American-style kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, kettle, toaster and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The first living room features a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The sun room features comfy seating, a built-in indoor braai and sweeping views of the ocean and mountain. The dining room is furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs. There is a second downstairs lounge area. Free fibre Wi-Fi is available. There is an inverter so the property is not affected by load shedding.
The villa is surrounded by bonsai trees in a unique tranquil zen setting.
