Oceanscape Penthouse is a truly spectacular state-of-the-art penthouse located in the highly sought-after area of Bloubergstrand Village. This spacious penthouse is situated just steps from the waves of Small Bay and its beach.
This penthouse can accommodate 6 guests, comprising 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed, both rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. While the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and there is a separate third bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There's also an outside shower available. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is modern designed and equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. There’s also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience as well as a separate laundry area.
Other amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, a dining area, a fireplace and workspace with a desk as well as outdoor seating with a braai area. An inverter is available to back up power during any power outages.
