Oceanview Apartment is a modern, self-catering apartment in Strand. Situated on the tenth floor the apartment offers unobstructed panoramic views over False Bay and the Helderberg mountains.
The unit has 2 spacious bedrooms, both of which are en-suite. The main bedroom has a double bed and full bathroom with both a bath and shower. The main bedroom is also sea facing with sliding doors leading to balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a shower en-suite. Linen, towels, an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer is available for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features a stove, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. A toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking ware are also provided. The open plan entertainment area is furnished with a 6 seater dining-room set, comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with selected DStv channels.
The apartment building is located on the front row of the golden sandy, main swimming beach of Strand. The complex offers communal swimming pools, which includes a kiddies swimming pool and braai facilities. There is also 24-hour security at reception and CCTV. Undercover parking for 1 vehicle is provided.
