Description

Spectacular views over the horse barn across the Caledon River and miles into Lesotho and the majestic Maluti Mountains. The spot has a double electric hookup, close to the ablution block which has 3 showers, a bath and basin and 3 toilets. There are also dish washing facilities. It also has a large braai and a fire-pit. This is our largest campsite which could easily take two caravans or multiple tents. 14 x 16m = 224m square

This site also has great views, not as good as the others but upside is that you are also more protected from the wind. It also has a large tree on it so is shady for most of the day. Also is within 20m of the ablutions and wash-up area. It has a fire-it and a large braai. 13 x 13m = 169m square

This site has THE MOST spectacular views over to the Caledon River, the Maluti Mountains and deep into Lesotho, way over into the Drakensberg. It is also the closest site to the ablutions and wash-up area. Downside is if there is heavy wind from the SW you will be exposed. The is a little shade in the late afternoon. Grass almost complete cover now. 11 x 13m = 143m square

This pet-friendly (no enclosure) unit is tucked up next to the horse paddocks with great views and the magical ‘Asterix style Rock’. This unit is suited for 2 guests and comes equipped with a extra length king-size bed, indoor fireplace. Bath next to fire and shower for two. This quaint, cosy thatched sandstone cottage has spectacular views. Secure front garden for pets with a private back garden for peaceful relaxation or entertainment. This character 2 bedrooms chalet sleeps up to 4 guests. Bedroom 1 features a kingsize bed (can be made up as two singles upon special request) and bedroom 2 features a 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Other in-room facilities include an open plan kitchenette, dining room and a lounge with a fireplace. There is also a private lapa outside with braai facilities and a pet enclosure.
