I will never just pass the Annex, I will always go stay there. Anza is a marvelous person. We stayed there and didn't know people in East London but she's like a mother to us. Her help for us - words can't describe it. Really, she's a good person who goes out of her way to help and make us comfortable. Thanks to Anza and the team.

3/5. Bedding a bit torn and not 100% clean. A few things missing that are needed, but otherwise the stay was pleasant. The aircon needs to be fixed as it had to be switched off at 11pm, and it was very hot during the night. Overwhelmingly pleasant. The host, Ansa, and her daughter were absolutely amazing, very attentive and always available for any questions/requests. Our room was very clean and comfortable, great value for money. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be coming back. The view from where we were was breathtaking, especially in the evening.

Very peaceful, quiet, well located and very beautiful. We stayed in Tranquility for 2 nights and loved that we were given a remote to be able to come and go as we pleased. The owner is very friendly and helped us as much as possible. Love that the check-in time is open until later for us to be able to comfortably check-in and check-in. Love that we got bottles of water in our little fridge! We had a great stay and will definitely visit again when we are in East London. Can recommend for sure.
