Description
One Jack Powell Road is a self-catering home located in Ballito. This family-friendly holiday house is the ideal base from which to explore the town’s attractions and facilities. This home is suitable for up to 6 adults and 4 children, and features parquet floors throughout the lounge and bedroom areas giving the whole home a traditional country feeling.
The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan living area, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and bath; the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a child-only 2 single beds; these rooms share the second and third bathrooms, which is fitted with a shower or bath.
The home has a formal lounge area and a cosy TV room. The fully equipped kitchen features a walk-in fridge so you can bring everything you need and have lots of storage space; a 4-plate gas stove, a 2-plate electric stove, and an electric oven that is big enough for any roast dinner. There is a dishwasher in the scullery area. The open-plan living area opens to the patio, which has an outdoor table with chairs overlooking the fenced-off swimming pool and small sandpit.
There is a small storage room off the main lounge, where you will find the portable charcoal braai facility and a range of beach toys that guests are free to use for the duration of their stay.
This home is located just steps from the beach, and there is a pedestrian gate at the bottom of the garden. Just a short walk away from the house, you will find the original Mozambik restaurant, where you can enjoy delicious meals, and the kids can have lots of fun in the supervised play area.
