Need to step up to be a considered accommodation venue. No one available to meet in person, neither to drop off. No towels. No soap, no duvet cover in one bedroom. No response to request where to leave keys on departure.

Dear Leon Sorry about the fact that you misunderstood self-catering with guest house. We did chat via WhatsApp and I informed you where to get the key with the contact details, address etc., and it's right next to the house. The lady that received the guests informed me you left probably at 6:00 this morning, yet you have my contact details. Regarding the towels, you asked beforehand, and I informed you that there are no towels as it's self-catering. To give soap to guests for self-catering for me is not hygiene-friendly. Have a wonderful 2025!
