This self-catering studio apartment comprises an open-plan living area that offers a TV with Full bouquet DStv channels, a kitchenette, and a breakfast area. An Ingenious room divider offers privacy between the bedroom area that is furnished with a queen bed and the bathroom area. This unit is ideal for a couple on the go. There is also a sleeper couch for a small child if needed. We regret, pets are not allowed. This Studio Flat is primarily rented out together with the other 3 bedrooms as it shares the same alleyway to both private entrances. It can however be rented on it's own if there are no other visitors in the main house.

Description
The 1-bedroom apartment has its own stairway entrance and privacy. It is luxuriously furnished and consists of a bedroom that is furnished with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin, as well as a kitchenette and large living room. The living room offers a TV with selected DStv channels and a sleeper couch for a small child. Electric blankets, as well as a fireplace, is available for those chilly nights. The unit opens onto an undercover stoep with great views and a built-in braai. We regret, pets are not allowed.

Description
The house features 3 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating a total of 6 guests, and an adjoining Studio Self-catering Flatlet accommodating 2 persons sharing. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower, toilet, and hand basin. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with either a bath or shower, toilet, and hand basin. The third bedroom has a door that leads out onto the garden. There is also an open-plan living area with a kitchenette, breakfast table and TV with its own full bouquet DStv. The living room completely opens onto a large covered Stoep where guests can relax while enjoying the view. There is a Braai area at the private entrance to the House. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Other amenities include a fireplace and electric blankets.
