The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (max 2 adults), and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area with a sleeper couch. The tastefully decorated bedroom contains a double bed, and a shower en-suite, and has lovely views. Stairs lead down to a well-equipped kitchen that includes all cooking amenities, cutlery and crockery, and a fridge-freezer. Downstairs, is also a living area with a double sleeper couch, a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own standard decoder. Next to the flat, is an undercover braai area for private use.

A refundable breakage deposit equivalent to 1 day's rental will be required at least 1 week before arrival. Details will be provided once the booking has been confirmed.
The units are strictly no smoking and non-adherence to this policy will result in the full breakage deposit being forfeited.
Please note the property is situated in a residential area and noise is to be kept to a minimum, right of admission is reserved and not complying with this policy will result in being asked to vacate the property immediately.
