Oudehout Huis is a spacious and large farmhouse ideal for family groups and friends wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Located in Val which is the smallest town in South Africa, guests can enjoy some quality time with one another and explore the area.
This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 18 guests at a time and comprises 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The remaining bedrooms are all furnished with single beds and 2 of these rooms have an en-suite shower. The other 2 bathrooms are both fitted with a bath and a shower.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools and a central breakfast table. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating and a fireplace where guests can unwind with a book.
Outside is a spacious patio with seating and an expansive lush green garden with braai facilities which is the perfect place for a sundowner. Guests can go for a walk among the cornfields, bring their binoculars and watch the birds on the pond, explore the plains with their camera, read a book, play board games and simply relax.
