Description
Oupie-se-Plekkie is a spacious self-catering holiday home for up to 6 people, and is situated 150 m from the Berg River in Port Owen.
One of the first houses built in town, the double-storey house comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and guest bathroom, a kitchen, and a lounge. Accessed by a spiral staircase, the first-floor open-plan bedroom makes use of a bathroom with a toilet, and is furnished with a queen-size bed in one section of the room, and 2 single beds in the second.
The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bath, a washing machine, and a toilet. Bedding and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and guests can relax in the lounge which has a TV with selected DStv channels. Wi-Fi access is available.
Port Owen offers fishing and rowing, and is surrounded by wetlands and a bird sanctuary where guests can see a variety of birds species.
