Our Happy Place is situated in Pringle Bay and offers quality accommodation for a couple or single traveller. It is within easy reach of shops and eateries, as well as numerous activities and attractions. It is situated within a short distance of Pringle Bay's main beach.
The ground-floor apartment, attached to the main house, comprises 1 bedroom and can accommodate 2 guests at a time. The house is not occupied when the flat is rented out, ensuring total privacy.
The bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, bed linen and bathroom towels, and conveniently situated next to the full bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and double hand basin.
The open plan lounge, dining- and kitchen area have comfortable seating, a sleeper couch and a TV with DStv. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 2-plate electric stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery.
The verandah with garden furniture and a portable braai looks out onto the peaceful little garden and adjacent green belt.
Around the corner from the verandah is an outside shower with hot and cold water, ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach.
The property is fenced with a security gate and alarm system and offers safe, open, off-street parking.
