In the main house, the well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an eye-level oven and a countertop stove, and a dishwasher.
There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer to use in the garage. The adjacent living area has a TV with full DStv channels and leads out to the courtyard, which features a braai area with roll-up blinds and a splash pool. In addition, the property boasts a kids' room with a TV.
