Friendly, warm and understanding. We really enjoyed our stay so much. We booked into the purple room. There was a bit of miscommunication as the power was not turned on for the purple room and the cellphone reception was down as the cables were stolen. Could not get in contact with anybody. When the host got home we were upgraded to the green room with more space and at no extra cost.
