Description
Pacem is situated in Voëlklip, Hermanus, a quiet area of this popular seaside resort. The house has a beautiful view of the mountain and also sea views. It is on the slopes of the mountain and therefore very close to the expansion of the Fernkloof Nature Reserve. The popular Blue Flag status Grotto beach is right below, only a 10-minute walk away. By car, it takes a minute or 2 and you're on the beach.
The appeal of the house is the spacious open-plan living area on the upper floor that opens onto a lovely patio with a beautiful view of the mountain. The living room includes a dining area, kitchen and an indoor braai facility. All this offers a wonderful place to relax, even on rainy days and in winter.
The house is fully equipped with full package DStv and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher.
The 2 spacious, en-suite bedrooms are downstairs. The 1 bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There is covered parking for 2 cars behind an electric gate.
The nearest convenience store is approximately 1 km away. The town centre is approximately 5 km from the accommodation.
The popularity of the Voëlklip area lies in the fact that Hermanus' popular swimming beaches, Grotto Beach, Voëlklip Beach, Kammabaai and Langbaai are all in within easy reach. It is also situated along the most popular seaside walkway passes in the area.
Access to the Fernkloof Nature Reserve's extensive hiking trails is also nearby.
