Palm Singel is a charming self-catering home located in Brackenfell and is ideal for a family breakaway or a holiday in the Cape.
This house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedroom each has 1 single bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The fourth room has an air-conditioner and shares the use of the guest’ bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The modernly designed kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, guests have access to a dishwasher and washing machine for their convenience. The lounge area has comfy seating space, with a TV, and features a lovely indoor and outdoor braai. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi.
Guests are afforded secure parking space in the garage for 1 small car, as well as additional parking space in front of the garage. There’s a lovely backyard, with grass and paving and a trampoline for the kids. There is also a covered boma and a swimming pool. Guests can also enjoy the outside braai area with the family during the hot summer evenings.
