Situated on a private canal in the popular TThesen Island Par L’Eau is a beautifully decorated self-catering holiday unit that is an ideal option for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. It features 3 private balconies offering lovely views over the canal.
This double-storey property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and has a spacious closet area that leads to an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The room also has direct access to a private balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom contains a double bed. Both of these bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and uses the fourth bathroom, which is fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A dishwasher is available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an eight-seater dining table, a cozy lounge with comfortable seating, and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.
Through the sliding doors, there is a spacious wooden deck with outdoor furniture, a dining table, sun loungers, and braai facilities. The location of this unit is within walking distance of a private beach within the estate. Guests also have full access to the estate’s tennis courts, putt-putt course, and lovely walkways along the canals. For those wanting to go onto the water, they are welcome to bring along their little boat or kayak for exploring.
