Situated on a private canal in the popular Thesen Island, Par L'Eau is a beautifully decorated self-catering holiday unit which is an ideal option for a relaxing holiday with family and friends as it features 3 private balconies that offer lovely views over the canal.
This double-storey unit can accommodate a total of 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom has direct access to a private balcony and is furnished with a double bed. This room features a spacious closet area which leads to the main en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, while the third bedroom contains a double bed. Both these rooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a double bed and makes use of the fourth bathroom fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A dishwasher is available in the separate scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.
Through the sliding doors, there is a spacious wooden deck with outdoor furniture, a dining table, sun loungers as well as braai facilities. The location of this unit is within walking distance of a private beach within the estate. Guests also have full access to the estate’s tennis courts, putt-putt course as well as lovely walkways along the canals. For those wanting to go onto the water, they are welcome to bring along their own little boat or kayak for exploring.
