The main house on the ground floor can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed. The enclosed patio has 2 sleeper couches. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen includes a cooking hob, eye-level oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a TV with a Premium Package available as well as free unlimited Wi-Fi. The covered timber deck features an outside fireplace and braai facilities. The fenced garden overlooks the ocean. A double garage is available for safe parking for guests.

Full payment must be made before arrival as there are no payment facilities at the address.
Guests are to provide their own towels and toiletries.
Please note that this is a private holiday home surrounded by permanent residents. We kindly request guests to honour the privacy of neighbours and adhere to reasonable and acceptable conduct at all times. Guests may be requested to leave the premises if any complaints are received.
Guests must dispose of domestic refuse in the appropriate bags. All refuse must be placed in the stand on the pavement by Friday mornings, 8:00 and when guests check out. Please do not leave any rubbish in the wheelie bin.
A maximum of two vehicles are allowed on the premises.
No overnight visitors are allowed. All visitors must leave by 22:00 strictly.
No house parties or functions are allowed.
There is an alarm system.
Pets will only be allowed with prior arrangement.
