Parkhurst Delight offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a quaint guest cottage, situated on a residential property where the owners reside in the suburb of Parkhurst, which is located 8 km from Sandton.
This semi-renovated 1940 Parkhurst classic offers a warm welcoming kitchen, a heated pool on the property which is great for winter, and a patio area. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath and a shower, and the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. There are an additional 2 single beds that can be placed in either the lounge or the bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning for those hot summer days. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The spacious kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven, stove, and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher for convenience. The kitchen is also furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs. Additional features include uncapped Wi-Fi, Smart TV's with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a private patio overlooking the swimming pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.
The property is secure with armed response, and is located within easy reach of restaurants, 6 parks and green spaces, for plenty of exercise options, bird watching and park walks. The cottage is ideal for families, business travellers and small celebrations.
