Pleasant, but could do with a bit of a refresher. Very nice facilities and sweet staff but the hotel needs a facelift. It's looking a bit tired. The wood is peeling and the towels are a bit worn.

Hotel makes a favorable impression. The room and facilities in the room are great. I expected the breakfast the next morning to be just as outstanding. Breakfast did not quite live up to expectations. Will use the Parkwood Hotel again though.
