Parsie 1 is a lovely self-catering home located in the secure coastal eco-estate in the town of Mossel Bay. The estate is set in natural surroundings with pristine indigenous fynbos, a large variety of wildlife, birds and reptiles. It is just a short drive from 2 shopping malls, the beaches of Mossel Bay, and Pinnacle Point Estate.
Parsie 1 can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom contains a 3/4 bed with pull out single bed. The second bathroom contains a shower, bath, toilet and a washbasin. There is an additional guest toilet with a washbasin. The queen size bedroom downstairs has en-suite shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a round 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a TV with Netflix and Showmax. Outside there a sheltered patio with outdoor dining furniture and built-in braai. The patio leads to a swimming pool area.
This is a great house for a family wanting a nice holiday break away, also has an outdoor jungle gym for the kids.
