Nice family time but cleanliness could have been much better. Unfortunately, the house and bedding were not clean. The entire house needed a proper spring clean. The elderly couple who manages the place is expected to clean the entire house too. They cannot do it to the standard required when a place is let on this basis. One needs managers to welcome visitors and make sure they have everything they need, and the owner needs to get proper cleaners to clean the place. Also, it needs maintenance; the shower door was broken, and curtain tiebacks came out of the wall. The owner needs to come to his house from time to time to see what maintenance needs to be done. I washed the bedding and scrubbed the counters and fridge, swept the sandy floors from previous visitors, among other things, just so that we could live there for the weekend. There were huge patches of mould on the blind in the one room.

Great! We really enjoyed our holiday and will definitely highly recommend it and we will be back. Elize and Jorrie are awesome hosts and welcomed us so nicely. They gave us direction for shops, beaches and were only a call away if we needed anything. The house is clean, spacious, furnished very well, all necessary utilities were available. We will definitely be back. Value for money. Internet facility is poor. 5G connectivity non existent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the family were impressed with the spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge area and kitchen overlooking the stunning sea view. Dining room table well spaced. We will be back.
