Ideally situated in a beautiful valley. The dinners were a special treat. This is one of those times when I don't want to say anything nice about Pedroskloof because, selfishly, I want to keep it all to myself! The four days we spent at Pedroskloof were one of our best and we're already planning a return trip next year. The farm is ideally situated a few kms east of Kamieskroon to explore the best areas of Namaqualand. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and had many stories to tell of the area. Sulene's dinners were a treat, especially her venison pie.

Good for the soul. Our visit to Pedroskloof was the best farm stay we have ever experienced. Sulene and Bertus are excellent hosts and their friendliness and hospitality are next level; they truly go the extra mile. You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. Sulene's food is sublime; it's heartwarming and takes one back to your childhood. Pedroskloof and the Kamiesberge is a beautiful area to explore with several well-marked hikes, and the hosts give really good advice on what to explore further afield. Our hike up the mountain and across the farm was beautiful, with fields of wild flowers, streams and beautiful vistas. Pedroskloof is highly recommended and we will go back in a heartbeat.

We didn't want to leave ever! Sulene is welcoming, warm, bubbly and a superb cook. We immediately felt like family! The setting is breathtaking and worth the drive. The room was very comfortable with plenty of hot water and blankets to ward off the really cold weather.

The hostess is extremely warm and immediately made us feel welcome. There are WiFi facilities, but if you just want to get away from everything and everyone for a weekend, you can come and "hide" here. Namaqualand Paradise. What a great find! Out of the way and lovely farm accommodation. Our hostess was full of wonderful energy and her cooking is fantastic. We so enjoyed our 2 days there. Long walks and exploring the area around Rooifontein. Pedroskloof is truly a paradise in Namaqualand.
