Description
Perched above the ocean in the sought-after private Pezula Golf Estate, you will find an oasis with the name of Pezula Ocean Splendor which offers guests a memorable holiday experience with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and surrounding golf course.
This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 10 guests at a time and comprises 4 sea-facing bedrooms as well as a separate flatlet which is booked together with the main house. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The remaining 2 bedrooms in the house as well as the separate flatlet each contain a king-size bed. All 4 bedrooms in the house are air-conditioned and open up onto the front patio. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a bath or a shower or both. All linen, bath towels and soaps are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features an ocean-view kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table and a cosy lounging space with a fireplace. Additionally, there is a spacious TV room with a comfy L-shaped couch. For those wanting to get some work done, a workspace and free Wi-Fi are available.
Through the sliding doors of the dining area, there is the front patio with an outdoor dining table as well as a built-in braai on one side and a private enclosed courtyard on the other side. This courtyard features a covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities as well as sun loungers next to the swimming pool which is an ideal spot for guests to soak up the sun.
This villa overlooks the 14th, 15th and 16th holes of the golf course with the Indian ocean in the background. All guests have access to the estate’s spa, restaurants, pool, gym and tennis court facilities which are all a short walk away from the property.
