Good location but not great value for money. When booking this place, given the price and location, I was expecting that all items listed would work as advertised. This was not the case and I had to make several phone calls to get some of them (not all) fixed. The power also keeps on cutting out, even when it wasn't loadshedding and it took a few minutes for it to come back on. I would also expect a place like this (given the price) to have a fully functional inverter given the current loadshedding challenges. Sadly that was not the case. Overall although we enjoyed our stay, I don't think the place is the best value for money.

Dear Jaco I am sorry you experienced problems during your stay. We do obviously face challenges with the load shedding and not all of our owners are prepared to put in a full and very expensive solar system. We do insist on the bare minimum which is what we have installed at this property. We did also get the electric hob changed for a gas hob so that cooking facilities are available. Our biggest challenge is keeping Jacuzzi's and heated pools as most systems will not run those during load shedding. I was not aware that you did not have all reported problems fixed, as I spoke to you myself and made sure that everything you discussedd with me was dealt with immediately.
