Lauren, the owner, is so welcoming. The cottage is situated near the beach and close to shops. I would recommend this place to anyone. The cottage is amazing and the owner is loving and welcoming.

Relaxed, tranquility. If I can recommend providing a tumble dryer for rainy days. And to a roof cover outside the fireplace to able to still enjoy the fireplace despite the rain. For safety precaution to provide excess control at the main gate.

Wonderful stay at Philippa Cottage. Central and convenient, and wonderful to be able to walk to the village and beach.

Great and responsive host! Cottage was very central and ideal for the teeanagers who wanted to party throughout Christmas and New year. The cottage included all the necessary amenities and was equipped with everything we needed. It is very central and within walking distance to the beaches, shops and is across the road from a few restaurants. The restaurants do host professional DJ's in the evenings, and the speakers face the cottage bedroom windows, so if you want an early night and peaceful sleep then this isn't for you. Our teenagers loved the convenience and safety of being able to walk to the daily parties.

Weekend with friends. Nice house to stay over for a weekend.

My stay at Philippa Cottage was amazing indeed. I'd just like to add, that the only aspect you can improve on is adding another bathroom. One bathroom is a bit tricky for 8 guests. Having to wait until the one gets done was a bit challenging.

Home from Home Great location, comfortable lodging and very well equipped with everything that you need. Will most certainly be returning for another visit with the family.
