Awful.

There were about 65 stairs to get to the unit. No assistance with baggage. My boyfriend had a back issue; this was going to be an impossible exercise. One cupboard available, all others locked. Gas braai so badly rusted, no way of cooking food on it. Safe was locked, no keys available. No hangers. No plugs in the kitchen sink.

Good day, the photos visible on the portal show it is not a ground floor unit. It is self-catering and therefore guests do have to carry their own baggage. We did however assist the minute we were notified about the health issues, as we were not aware of it beforehand since that was not mentioned before arrival. We could have assisted by offering another unit. When my housekeeping staff assisted you with all baggage to the new unit, I had moved you to the next day.
The owner has been notified about the cupboard space and braai. There are 11 hangers in the unit.

This flat has an incredible view. Unfortunately the flat has leaks when it rains as well as a rotten door frame. Didn't have the DStv as advertised, but holidays 4 u did help out with one. There is only 1 bedroom and bunk beds in the passage, but further more we had a nice stay.
