Awful. There were about 65 stairs to get to the unit. No assistance with baggage. My boyfriend had a back issue; this was going to be an impossible exercise. One cupboard available, all others locked. Gas braai so badly rusted, no way of cooking food on it. Safe was locked, no keys available. No hangers. No plugs in the kitchen sink.
