Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Guests are encouraged to use the cleaner during their stay for an additional daily rate. This should be arranged before arrival. The cleaner is available every day except for Tuesdays and public holidays.
Please keep noise levels down after 22:00 to maintain the peaceful environment enjoyed by all residents. Minimize noise and lights to avoid disturbing the tranquillity.
A UPS system is available to power the TV, Wi-Fi, and lights during power outages. However, it cannot support appliances like fridges, microwaves, and kettles, as they will overload the system.
Basic cleaning supplies, including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, trash bags, and toilet paper, are provided.
Guests can access the wood supply in the wood room located under the house. All food must be provided by guests.
