The 3 main bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 child-only single beds. Two of the main bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and the remaining bedrooms share the third bathroom which also has a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Adjacent to the lounge, there is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.
The pool area is shared with all guests and includes comfortable sun loungers for guests to catch some sun. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate and the property offers braai facilities. The location of this property is within walking distance from grocery stores, a liquor store, and a petrol station and only a 15-minute drive to the city centre.
