Description

Prickly Pear Boutique Guesthouse is located in the rural town of Murraysburg and offers quality accommodation. It is within easy reach of shops, Die Waenshuis and Oppiehoekie which are the only local coffee shops, attractions, and major access ways.

Accommodation is provided in a choice of either the 4-sleeper Blanca Prickly Pear or the Zarca Prickly Pear that sleeps 2 guests.

The Blanca comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms that are both furnished with a double bed and boast quality linen, heaters, and a fan or air-conditioning. The bathrooms are fitted with either bath or shower facilities. The house also features a kitchenette equipped with basic self-catering facilities while plenty of coffee, tea, milk and sugar, handmade rusks, as well as a variety of breakfast cereal and fresh fruit are provided.

Zarca is an open-plan apartment that contains a queen-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The unit offers quality linen, towels, seating for 2 in the living area, a dining table, and kitchenette that is equipped with heat-and-eat facilities which includes a mini honesty bar, microwave and tea and coffee-making facilities.

The Fresno unit consists of two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second room has 2 single beds. Both beds are furnished with only the finest linen. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a gas stove, microwave, washing machine, and fridge, and coffee, tea, sugar, and milk are provided on arrival. Guests have access to a private braai area on the porch and secure parking.

Sherry is served, free of charge with the arrival of guests and a cheese board is available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. Braai packs are also available.

The accommodation includes daily cleaning services and an honesty bar that guests can make use of and arrange on arrival.
